Melbourne Food Distributors Reserves

Some signs of improvement in our 44 point win over Mordialloc which means another finals campaign. We were consistent on the scoreboard for all 4 quarters and were only threatened briefly in the second term. The boys avenged our insipid loss to the Bloods from earlier in the season the pleasing aspect of this win was the stellar performance of Beau Rodwell in the ruck and his work around the ground was impressive. The Clayton brothers were also in fine fettle with Chris Clayton turning in a superb game. Up forward, the elder statesman Lincoln Batten and Stephen (the pres) Regnier led from the front. Coach Travis Collier laid the foundation for the day with an outstanding 1st term.
